Fail. Fail. Fail.
The day started out just fine with a healthy breakfast of egg whites and veggies and got even healthier by lunch time (a plate of veggies and some cheese with a yogurt for dessert).
But then… things just went downhill. But what can I say? It was 99 cent waffle cone Wednesday at TCBY. (By the way, did you know TCBY stands for The Country’s Best Yogurt and that there is a National Yogurt Society?) This meant not only that we had to get frozen yogurt but also that we had to go to Pho Dat Thanh to get Pho. Why, you ask? Because they’re in the same strip mall, of course. It’s become kind of a “tradition” for our little family – we get Pho and then get frozen yogurt. Thing 1 would freak out if we skipped TCBY.
I ate the whole bowl of noodles. So. Good. But surprisingly – you ready for this? – I was not able to finish my pralines and cream frozen yogurt in waffle cone. It was… too… sweet! After eating about half of it, I did not feel like eating it. I don’t know if this is good news or bad news – my body is rejecting sugar. Oh. My. God.
Okay, maybe it’s a good thing.
